Daily we arrange for Puja, Bhajana, Parayana and Satsang.
All these activities take place relentlessly from morning nine till evening nine.
We undertake Sai Dharma jyothi activities which usually start from evening six till night nine.
Satsang program is very important as it is a deep spiritual discussion where one can exchange their views as thoughts with other members who are involved in the group.
Bhjana is one of the process where one can train one’s mind. The vibrations which emanate from them make the heart vibrant and purification of mind and heart is possible.
Prayana means reading of a spiritual text without getting a break. It is also considered very important.
Contemplative practices are good for every one which includes Meditation and prayer.
One can improve concentration and attention.
Prayer gives a positive effect on overall wellbeing.
